Being the holder of the Master Licence, Alan has developed a sound understanding of the policies and procedures within our client’s environment whilst also understanding key personnel and their requirements. Extensive experience and understanding comes from Alan’s personalised hands-on approach and his attention to detail is a major asset to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of SOPs.
- Transition planning for new client requirements.
- Responsible for the role out of ongoing workshops in harassment, ethics, reporting and communication strategies, customer service, trades practices, environment health and safety, code of ethics and recruitment measures etc.
- Responsible for rostering and allocating security officers to sites and
